the good piece of news that doesn't exist

Admist many bad news, a couple of days ago I read a very good piece of news in a local (Milan, Italy) free press newspaper: a young guy from an american university has developed a system to convert the increase of the oceans' temperature into electricity. That means free and renewable energy along with a decrease of temperature of the oceans. A clever friend of mine found it here.

Yes, apart from the fact that this piece of news apparently doesn't exist: I couldn't find it anywhere either in the press or in tv.
